If you still cannot log in after trying these fixes, click "Submit a request" in the upper-right hand corner.
**We strongly recommend Solution #1 for ALL users. **
Solution #1 - Download the Whizzimo Desktop Program (longer term fix)
We have developed a downloadable program for Whizzimo users. This program does require an internet connection, but it may run slightly faster and will not have cache issues. You can download and install the apps at https://www.whizzimo.com/download.html
If you have tried each of these solutions and still cannot log in, please click "Submit a request" in the upper-right hand corner and provide details about what you're seeing on the screen.
Solution #2 - Open an Incognito or Private Window (fastest fix, but temporary)
This is a possible quick, temporary fix if you are having issues logging in. An Incognito or Private window allows you to see if you can log in without using information stored in your browser that may be corrupted.
Instructions for opening an Incognito Window in Google Chrome: Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right hand corner and select "New Incognito Window". See if you can log into Whizzimo in the new browser window that opens.
Instructions for opening a Private Window in Apple Safari: Click on "File" and "New Private Window". See if you can log into Whizzimo in the new browser window that opens.

- Type in "Whizzimo"
- Click on "Remove All"
- Click on "Remove Now"
